- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees (typically 10%).
- In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, goods may be returned within 7 days if defective or not as described.
7. Warranty and Liability
- We offer a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects. Misuse or wear and tear is not covered.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
